 $30.00 cleaning fee. Reservations are held 7 days pending receipt of $100 deposit   balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Please plan on arriving no earlier than the check-in time of 3pm. If arriving after 7pm, please call and let us know.

Check-out time is 11am. We will gladly grant extensions when possible.

Sorry but we do not allow smoking, and if you would like to bring your pet they are absolutly not allowed on the furniture and there is a refundable deposit of $150..
